Queen of Paws (Clubs) Rules

1. All raffle tickets are $5.00 per ticket or 6 tickets for $20.00. There is no limit on the number of tickets that may be purchased. Ticket sales, locations, and times will be posted online at  Insert Here. Or purchased at Painting With a Twist during business hours.
2. There can only be one name and one number per ticket. Each ticket must include the following:

* LEGAL FIRST AND LAST NAME- (No nicknames, aliases, or abbreviations)
* Contact phone number, that includes area code
* Card number choice

*Each ticket must include the above information, otherwise, the ticket will be invalid, and another ticket will be chosen.

3. Every Friday the drawing will take place at 6:00pm at Painting With A Twist, we will also go Live on Facebook. One ticket will be drawn from the tickets purchased that week. Only that ticket and the person’s name on the card that is pulled will have the chance to reveal a card on the Queen of Hearts board.
4. We will offer  opportunities to get 1 bonus ticket for every 5 tickets purchased in person during the Pawsitive Hope events. You must attend the event to purchase tickets in person.

Payout

If the QUEEN of CLUBS is pulled, the person whose name is on the ticket will win 50% of the pot. 40% will go to Pawsitive Hope Inc., a nonprofit organization, as a donation and the remaining 10% will roll into a new game.  If the KING of Clubs is drawn, the person whose name is on the ticket will win $250.00. Please note: only the person whose name is on the ticket will be the winner, if you selected the same number, but your name is not on the ticket…you are not a winner.

If there is no winner, all tickets will be thrown away and you must purchase new tickets for the next weeks drawing.

4. The total prize pool will continue to accumulate. The prize pool amount based on ticket sales, will be updated and prominently displayed.
5. The Queen of Paws game consists of individual game boards and the winner will receive 50% of the prize pool.
6. Once a card is selected, it will be removed from play and shown face up on the board. Each week after the drawing, all tickets for that week’s drawing will be destroyed. Tickets purchased for that week, will only be valid for that week’s drawing. All tickets will be tracked and verified each week.
7. The QUEEN OF HEARTS game board will be locked at all times except for the drawing.
8. Winners are responsible for any and all taxes. A 1099 will be issued.
